Terms Of Service:

  1. Payment Must be received upfront, I only Accept Paypal and Venmo

  2. I have the right to refuse my service to you as well as cancel your commission at any time.

  3. My Commissions cannot be used for NFT/AI-related sales. Under ANY circumstances. If I find out that this has been breached you will be placed on a Black list to commission me again and will be blocked on all sites.

  4. [This is including purchasing a sketch commission and I find out that you "completed" it with AI, you WILL be blacklisted]

  5. A canceled commission will receive either partial or a full refund depending on the circumstance. If you for a reason back out mid-way through completion you will only receive a partial refund. (This can depend on the progress of your commission)

  6. I have every right to use my artwork for portfolio purposes as well as advertising. When Posting artwork you have received I must be given credit. EX: Youtube/Twitter/Name Linked. It is still my artwork, do NOT claim it as yours.

  7. Please be patient with the time it will take to get your commission completed. I am a full-time student as well as work part-time, especially if it is a bigger commission. Do not continuously barrage me, I will give updates as regularly as possible.

  8. If I discover a breach of my TOS has been made, I have the right to cancel your commission with No Refund, as well as blacklist you (be "you" an individual or a group).

  9. Requests and Changes to commissions will only be accepted within the first Sketching phase and Line-art phase. If changes are requested within coloring or shading stages, extra payment will be requested. (Exception to this rule include design commissions) Value of extra payment may be subject to change depending on complexity.

WILL/WON'T DRAW

Will Draw:
- Gore/body horror (explicit gore will require you to confirm you are 18+)
- Suggestive artwork (Can heavily depend on what is comfortable for me)
- Characters from canon series, original characters, and fan-made characters. Depending on the character's origin, I may require evidence that I'm allowed to draw them, mainly regarding Gore
- Animal characters, anthro characters, human and humanoid characters, Birds, Robots, Monsters, etc.

WILL NOT:
- Anything related to topics such as rape, pedophilia, incest, abuse, zoophilia, etc.
- Extreme NSFW/Fetish/kink art
- Anything that can be deemed socially/politically associated and insensitive (i.e. no satire or parody of political or social topics, no hate speech, bigotry, etc).
- Anything illegal.
- NFT related images.
- Anything I deem to be too sensitive/triggering for either myself or a group of people.
